Shoulder to rely on

Sports injury, frozen shoulder, or simply a weak shoulder? Simple tips to follow to add strength to your shoulder:

  • Rotation: Rotate arms from the shoulder in both directions, one at a time
  • Shrugs: From relaxed standing position, do the shrug movement from the shoulder moving the shoulder towards the ear without bending the arm.
  • Push-ups using a wide grip. Place hands on a step if you find it difficult to do them from the floor directly.
  • Remember: Do not crouch while sitting in front of the computer.
